Welcome to Lavocat Tour Planners. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for booking holiday tour packages, chauffeur fleet services, and customized vacation itineraries with our agency.

1. Booking & Confirmation

By accepting a written tour quotation, paying an advance deposit, or receiving an official travel voucher from Lavocat Tour Planners, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the agreed advance payment. Tour packages and resort reservations are subject to availability until the booking deposit is formally acknowledged by our team.

2. Pricing & Inclusions

Our package quotations clearly outline all applicable inclusions. Standard holiday package rates typically include:

• Resort or hotel accommodation with specified meal plans (e.g. CP, MAP).
• Dedicated private air-conditioned vehicle with verified chauffeur for the scheduled duration.
• All driver allowances, fuel, toll taxes, parking fees, and interstate permits.
• Sightseeing activities explicitly specified in your itinerary voucher.

Airfares, train tickets, personal expenses (room service, laundry, telephone calls), optional adventure activities, and monument entry tickets not specified in the voucher are excluded from standard pricing.

3. Payment Schedule

To confirm a reservation, an advance token deposit (typically 30% to 50% of the total tour value) is required upon itinerary finalization. The remaining balance must be settled prior to tour commencement or at the time of arrival as agreed in writing.

Payments may be made via NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, authorized UPI payments, or digital payment links provided by Lavocat Tour Planners.

4. Chauffeur Fleet & Vehicle Guidelines

Chauffeur duty hours are standard from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. Pre-scheduled early morning airport transfers or late evening flight arrivals are covered as specified in your itinerary.

For passenger safety and vehicle maintenance, air-conditioning may be switched off during steep uphill hill climbs in mountain regions such as Munnar. Smoking and illicit substance use are strictly prohibited inside all fleet vehicles.

5. Traveler Identification & Responsibilities

All travelers (including minors) must carry valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driver's License) during travel for mandatory hotel check-ins and forest permits.

International guests, NRI passport holders, and OCI cardholders must carry valid Passports and valid Indian Visas / OCI documents.

6. Luggage & Personal Belongings

Travelers are solely responsible for their personal possessions, baggage, jewelry, cameras, and cash throughout the journey. While our verified chauffeurs maintain utmost vigilance, Lavocat Tour Planners is not liable for items left unattended in vehicles, tourist spots, or hotels.

7. Force Majeure & Itinerary Modifications

Lavocat Tour Planners shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or route changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure), including adverse weather conditions, landslides, road closures, strikes, or government directives. In such events, our team will make reasonable efforts to arrange alternate routes and accommodations.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ernakulam / Aluva, Kerala, India.
